But also, that fancy dandy arts culture is a luxury is true. And if you want to take on more than the normal share of the poor in the State or Country, ya just gonna have to settle for less luxury because you want to do more. Those luxuries, like media, seems to make tons of profit no one else sees. Their ROI is trumpeted like mountains of gold that end on some cul-de-sac. What’s more, if you’ve already built up those luxuries, like concert halls and museums, when things shrink you have to choose between buildings or people. 🙂 Namaste.
